SITE POLICIES
DINSKY DOODLES and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
When shopping with us, there’s a few things we wanted you to know.
Refunds
In general and because of the nature of our items, we don’t offer refunds, with the following exceptions:
Items that are on pre-order.
Items that haven’t shipped yet (ask us, we may be able to help if USPS hasn’t picked up yet)
Items that are returned to us in unused condition.
Damaged / Replacements
If an item is damaged during transit, please send us an email with pictures to contact@dinskydoodles.com. If a package is missing parts, we will send replacements if we have the pieces available. If you broke the item while you tried to assemble or disassemble it, drop us a mail and we’ll see if we can help (no promises – depends on spare parts availability and stock!)
Pricing
Yes, our prices are slightly cheaper in person than they are on the website. We do this so that we can cover the Fedex / UPS / USPS Bills.
Shipping
In every case, once an item is shipped, shipping is non-refundable. You are also responsible for return shipping if you do choose to return an item.
International Shipping
We get it, $28 for shipping is expensive depending on where you live (Canadians, we’re sorry).
The flat rate is because our website doesn't handle international shipping super well yet. To be transparent, we took all our international orders from the last year and averaged the shipping costs. This means some pay a bit more, while others (like Australians) pay a bit less.
Heads up:
Your country might also charge you extra taxes or fees on stuff you buy from us. That's totally out of our control – if UPS or FedEx says you owe money, that’s unfortunately your government’s doing.
Pre-Orders
For some of our products, we offer Pre-Orders before they go on sale. There’s a few things we want you to know about our preorders too!
Our Pre-Orders are not a “KickStart” or “GoFundMe”. When we take preorders, this means we’re already buying the stock and they will be delivered regardless of how many we sell.
You can cancel a preorder at any time until it ships.
We likely won’t email you from the time you place the order until the time you see that it’s shipped. We hate emails ourselves, so we limit them drastically. If you ever have concerns if your pre-order was missed (it won’t be), you can always reach out to us at contact@dinskydoodles.com
We may slip our dates. While we try our best to ensure we always deliver preorders on time, there are things that happen and are out of our control. (Like COVID the day that this was updated).
If we slip our date, or if we foresee any potential date changes, we will immediately send you an email. If you’re unhappy with the new date, you are still welcome to request a refund until the time it ships. You’re also welcome to request a 5% off a future order coupon too (just drop us an email!).
The other bits
This shop is run by a husband and wife based in Atlanta. We will do our best to make you happy in the event anything happens.
Important Note: Many of our items contain small parts which are choking hazards to children. Our items are not toys and young children should not play with them!

DINSKY DOODLES and TOTO-O trademarks can’t be used in connection with any non-DINSKY DOODLES or non-TOTO-O products that might confuse customers. All other trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. You can’t download, modify, or resell anything on this site without our written permission. Unauthorized use terminates the license.
Reviews, Comments, and Other Content
You’re welcome to post reviews, comments, or suggestions, as long as they’re not illegal, offensive, or harmful. By submitting content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and distribute it. You agree that what you post is accurate, doesn’t break any laws, and doesn’t harm anyone. We reserve the right to remove content but don’t review everything that’s posted.
Risk of Loss
Once we deliver your item to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. If an item is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to help track it down, but we can’t take responsibility after it’s handed to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
We try to make our product descriptions as accurate as possible, but we don’t guarantee that all information is error-free. If a product isn’t as described, you can return it in unused condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@dinskydoodles.com for help.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” DINSKY DOODLES and TOTO-O make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of this site or the content and products available through it. You use the site at your own risk.
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee that our site, servers, or emails are free of viruses or harmful components. We’re not responsible for any damages arising from your use of this site.

Arbitration will follow the American Arbitration Association’s rules, and the arbitrator’s decision will be binding and enforceable. No arbitration will be combined with others or proceed as a class action.
